| The Guidelines for NEDA provides guidelines and principles on the operation of NEDA. It also prescribes the obligations and rights of the NEDA Participants, the Single Buyer, the Grid System Operator, the Grid Owner as well as the Distributors. |

The Guidelines for NEDA together with the Guidelines for Single Buyer Market and the Grid Codes ensure equitable, fair, coordinated and cost efficient operation of the Single Buyer market.

The Guidelines for NEDA is supplementary to the Guidelines for Single Buyer Market and should be read in conjunction with the Guidelines for Single Buyer Market.

In 2019, the Guidelines have been updated to include Solar Power Producer as a new category of NEDA participants and the recommendations by NEDA Viability Study conducted in 2018.
